Challenges
- Influencers ranged widely in quality and tone; needed a consistent brand voice without killing authenticity
- Outreach had to be repeatable and scalable across regions
- Legal, brand safety, and operational concerns needed cross-team alignment
- Platform needed to serve both short-term seasonal and long-term engagement goals
